Tomato Sauce, mozzarella and basil.
- 450 g pizza dough
- 450 g tomatoes – peeled and sliced if fresh, crushed if tinned
- 225 g Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- Finely chopped basil
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Prepare the Pizza Dough.
- Spread with tomatoes with the Mozzarella on top.
- Garnish with the anchovies and spinkle with basil and olive oil.
